Return & Exchange at Delivery
.returns and exchanges are handled only at the time of delivery.
.If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be handed back to the courier before they leave.
.After the courier leaves, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of order
Exchanges
- You may exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If a replacement isn't available, the request will be converted into a return and refund.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or the store made an error (wrong or damaged item), the store covers the full cost of return shipping.
- For returns due to a change of mind or size, the customer covers the shipping cost.
